Q: Am I accompanied in the trees?

You can be accompanied by someone you know, but our operators do not climb trees with you. However, they remain available whenever you feel the need and if you are in difficulty.

Q: Are there dedicated parking spaces?

We do not yet have dedicated parking spaces for people with reduced mobility. However, our car park is large enough to accommodate you comfortably.

Q: Can I come to your park in my wheelchair?

Yes, but we would like to inform you that wood chips have been laid down throughout the park to protect the park's environment. Wheelchair access may be more difficult in certain areas.

Q: My gift voucher has expired. What should I do?

Once the date of your gift voucher has expired, we do not grant extensions. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase in all our parks.

Q: Where can I find the validity date and balance of my gift voucher?

You can find the validity date and balance of your gift voucher on your Expéria Park account or ask directly at the reception desk in one of our parks.

Q: How can I check the balance of my gift voucher?

You can check the balance of your gift voucher on your online account.

Q: How do I use a gift voucher?

Gift vouchers can be used online or at the park reception desk. If you wish to use it online, enter the code shown on your gift voucher when validating your booking. If you have already bought or used the gift voucher, it will automatically appear in your customer account. If you use it on site, you can present yourself with the physical gift voucher or with the code. You can use your gift voucher in several instalments and pay for all or part of a sale.
