Q: What does the entrance price include?

We have 3 entry options: Accrobranche with 3 hours of activity and access to the Ninja Area depending on the category. Accrobranche + TrampÔforest with 3 hours of accrobranche and 1 hour at the TrampÔforest TrampÔforest with 1h access to the TrampÔforest from 6 years old

Q: How long are tickets valid for?

Tree climbing tickets are valid for two years from the date of purchase.

Q: How can I become a CSE partner?

To become a partner of Expéria Park, you need to sign the partnership agreement, which you can request from the sales department at the following email address: commercial@experiapark.com

Q: Can I pay with several gift vouchers?

Yes, it's possible! If you have several gift vouchers, you can use them without limit.

Q: How do I book a birthday party?

You can book a birthday package online on our website or by telephone on [acf field="informations_parc_numero_de_telephone" post_id="options"]. Reservations must be made at least 7 days before the desired date. A deposit of 30% will be required, to be paid no later than 7 days before your visit.

Q: What happens if I want to change my booking?

You do not have the option of modifying your booking from your online account. However, it is not always necessary to inform us of your changes: If you want to change your timetable to arrive earlier or if your number of people changes by a maximum of 3 (+ or -), you can make the changes on the spot, so there's no need to let us know in advance. If you have any major changes to make, such as a change of schedule of more than an hour after the initial time of your booking, or a change in the number of people (+ or -) of more than 5, we recommend that you call us directly on [acf field="informations_parc_numero_de_telephone" post_id="options"].

Q: How do I make a reservation?

Q: My child often goes tree climbing. Can he or she be upgraded?

If your child is not old enough to progress to the next category, but has the required height and physical condition, he or she may progress to the next category under certain conditions: They must be fairly athletic They must meet the minimum height requirements They must be accompanied by an adult They must be seen by one of our operators on a course. A parental waiver must be signed at reception. A supplement will have to be paid to access the higher category.

Q: Do minors need to be accompanied to enter the park?

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or a responsible adult in order to purchase their activity ticket. They must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult during the activity and in the park. Certain minors may be refused access to certain activities without the accompaniment of an adult. Whatever their age, minors are the responsibility of their parents or legal guardians, who are liable for any damage they may cause. Accompanying adults are compulsory for school groups, leisure centres and all other groups of minors, and must comply with current regulations.
