Membership of the loyalty programme is completely free. Simply ask at the park reception desk. To join the programme, you need to provide us with your surname, first name, email address, telephone number and postcode.
Yes, the loyalty programme is valid in all our parks. So you can collect points when you visit one of our other parks.
To collect points, simply swipe your card at each checkout. 1 euro spent represents 1 point on My Expéria. From 100 points, you can benefit from a 15% discount on one of your next purchases.
The My Expéria loyalty programme is valid for 5 years from activation and can be renewed.
No, the My Expéria card is not nominative and can therefore be shared with friends and family. They can therefore earn you more points.
You can join free of charge by asking at reception in one of our parks.
To do so, we will ask you for your surname, first name, email address, telephone number and postcode. The email address will enable you to receive exclusive offers all year round.
You can find the number of points accumulated in different places:
- On your account on our site
- In an e-mail you recently received
- With a host directly in one of our parks
Each time you make a purchase in our parks, the points are added to your My Expéria account the next day. It is therefore not possible to benefit from the 15% discount on the day it is activated. However, you can use your points at any time from 100 points.
When you make a purchase (excluding groups, anniversary packages and Annual Passes), you can ask to use your points and receive a 15% discount if you have reached 100 points. The points used will then be deducted from your My Expéria account.
We automatically send an email for each offer to My Expéria members, check your emails and your spams. If you do not receive our offers, please contact us. You will not be able to benefit from our exclusive offers without an email address.
If you’ve lost your My Expéria card, we can find you at the checkout with your personal details. We can also issue you with a new one if you wish.
There are two ways to update your information:
- In your account on our website
- The next time you come to the park, directly at reception
If you wish to leave the My Expéria programme, you must either :
- Send us an email with the information you provided when you joined (surname, first name, email address, telephone number).
- Come directly to the site and make your request to a host.
If you forget to present your card or state your name at the park reception desk, you can present proof of purchase (ticket, proof of purchase, etc) at the park reception desk or by email within 7 days of the date of purchase and you will be able to receive your points directly into your account.
Without proof of purchase, we are unable to associate points to your account.
